Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Solvyr's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of service

Solvyr provides custom software development and related engineering services, including custom programming, systems integration (such as QuickBooks Online), and ongoing application engineering. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees of any engagement are set out in a written agreement between Solvyr and the client; where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

3. User responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You must review and approve data before it posts to your accounting system.
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You must have proper authorization for any business documents you share.

4. Billing and payment

Fees and payment schedules are set in each engagement's written agreement. Either party may end an ongoing engagement as provided in that agreement; on exit, clients receive their source code, data, and deployment configuration.

5. Limitation of liability

Software Solvyr builds may assist with document processing but does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing processed data before posting. Solvyr is not liable for errors in posted data approved by the user.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate as provided in the engagement's written agreement. Upon termination, clients receive a full export of their code and data; anything Solvyr retains is deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
